Business immigration and compliance
Licence, certificates, compliance and your HR files, handled as one system, for employers who want to pass the visit before it happens.
A refused licence means months before you can try again. A revoked one means every sponsored worker stops being able to work for you, the fees you paid for them are gone, and there is no appeal. The Home Office does not warn you before a visit. The first you hear of a problem is a suspension letter.
What we do
Licence applications and renewals, compliance health checks and full mock audits, certificate checks before assignment, representations when a licence is suspended, and the founder and self-sponsorship routes for people building a business here. Licence, certificates, compliance and your HR files, handled as one system.

Questions we hear every week
How long does a sponsor licence take and what does the Home Office check?
A standard application usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. The Home Office checks that the business is genuine and trading, that the roles are genuine, that your key personnel are suitable, and that your HR systems can meet sponsor duties. It may visit before it decides.
What is a mock audit and what do we get at the end?
We review your sponsored workers’ files, right to work checks, reporting and HR systems the way a compliance officer would on a visit. You get a written risk report and a prioritised fix list. Prices are on the Fees page.
Can I sponsor myself through my own company?
In some cases, yes. Your company needs its own sponsor licence and must be genuine and trading, and the role must meet the Skilled Worker rules. It is legal and demanding; we tell you on the free call whether your business is ready.
A sponsor licence lets you hire the best person for the job from anywhere in the world, and keep them, with a licence that passes every visit.
