How booking works
Choose Teams or phone, pick a time, tell us briefly what has happened, then pay £150 + VAT (£180) by card. You get a confirmation email and calendar invite straight away. Need to move it? Use the reschedule link in your email. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before (refund policy).
Legal aid?

Cancellations and refunds
- Up to 24 hours before: cancel or move your consultation free of charge using the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel, we refund the £180 in full to the card you paid with.
- Less than 24 hours before, or if you miss the call: we will offer you one new time at no extra cost if you contact us before the start time. Refunds inside 24 hours are at our discretion and may be reduced to reflect preparation already done.
- If we need to cancel or move it: you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Legal aid: if we see from your booking that your matter may be covered by legal aid, we will tell you before the call, refund the fee in full and pass you to Kalsi Legal Aid.
- Your right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel. By booking a consultation that takes place within those 14 days, you ask us to provide it within that period. Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is not refundable.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. To cancel or ask about a refund, use the link in your confirmation email or contact contact@kalsilegal.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.
