Who are you?
If you are the business doing the sponsoring, use the employer form. If the visa is yours, use the applicant form. If both apply to you, do the employer form first and we will send you the second link.
I'm sponsoring a worker
For businesses that hold, or are getting, a sponsor licence and need a Certificate of Sponsorship assigned for a new hire or an existing employee's extension. Have to hand: the employee's passport (a photo is fine), their current visa or BRP if they already work for you, the job title, hours, salary and work address, and a job description if you have one.
I'm applying for a Skilled Worker visa
For the person applying: a Skilled Worker visa from abroad, an extension or change of employer in the UK, or settlement after five years. Partners and children are covered in the same form. Have to hand: your passport and any previous passports, your BRP or eVisa if you are in the UK, your parents' names, dates of birth and nationality, and your travel dates if you are applying for settlement.
Spouse & partner visas
