Who we are
Kalsi Legal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14261296), with its registered office at Gresham Works, 38–40 Market Street, Leicester LE1 6DP. Authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority since 12 October 2023, SRA number 8004435. Our Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration is Navinder Kalsi, Principal Solicitor.

Professional indemnity insurance
We hold professional indemnity insurance under the SRA Indemnity Insurance Rules. The territorial coverage is England and Wales. Details of our insurer and policy are available on request.
Accreditation
Our immigration caseworkers hold the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation at Levels 1 and 2, and the firm holds the Specialist Quality Mark.
Kalsi Legal Aid
Legal aid work is delivered by Kalsi Legal Ltd, trading as Kalsi Legal Aid, under contract with the Legal Aid Agency. Visit Kalsi Legal Aid.
VAT
Where VAT is chargeable, it is charged at the prevailing rate. Our VAT registration number is available on request.
