Is this you?

Sponsors with a suspension notice, a downgrade to a B-rating, an action plan, or a revocation decision.

What we do for you

  • Read the letter the day it arrives and set the deadline
  • Investigate each allegation with you
  • Draft representations with evidence and, where needed, a remediation plan
  • Negotiate an action plan where that is the better outcome
  • Advise on judicial review if a revocation is unlawful
  • Protect your sponsored workers’ position throughout

What we check before anything is submitted

  • Each allegation against your records
  • What the guidance requires and whether you breached it
  • Mitigation and what has already been fixed
  • The workers affected and their options

The fee, the timescale and who does the work

£3,000 to £6,000 plus VAT, quoted after we have read the letter.

Your exact fixed fee is confirmed on the free call and agreed in writing before any chargeable work starts. Home Office fees and the health surcharge are paid separately; see the Fees page for the full list.

Our fee covers taking your instructions, assessing eligibility, telling you what evidence is needed and reviewing it, preparing and drafting the application and any representations, submitting it, dealing with Home Office requests for information, and advising you on the decision.

Typical timescale. Representations within the Home Office deadline, usually 20 working days.

Who handles it. A named, Law Society accredited caseworker runs your matter from the first call to the decision, supervised by a solicitor who signs off the application.

Questions we hear every week

What happens to our workers if the licence goes?

Their permission is usually curtailed and they must find a new sponsor or leave; we advise them too.

Can we appeal a revocation?

There is no appeal; the remedy is judicial review.

Can we reapply?

After a cooling-off period.
