Pass the Home Office visit before it happens
The Home Office does not warn you before a compliance visit. The first you hear of a problem is a suspension letter, and by then every sponsored worker’s job is at risk. A mock audit finds the gaps on your timetable, not theirs.
Is this you?
Licensed sponsors of any size, especially those with new key personnel, growing headcount, a recent change in the business, or a visit already notified.
What we do for you
- Health check: a desk review of your Sponsorship Management System, right-to-work files and key personnel, with a written risk report and fix list
- Full mock audit: a simulated Home Office visit on Teams with your key personnel, file sampling across your sponsored workers, a report ranked by risk and a 30-day fix plan
- Pre-visit preparation when a date has been set
- An annual retainer with reporting deadlines watched and one mock audit a year
What we check before anything is submitted
- Right-to-work checks and copies
- Reporting of changes within the deadlines
- Salaries paid against salaries certified
- Job duties against occupation codes
- Absence and contact records
- Key personnel’s knowledge of their duties
The fee, the timescale and who does the work
Health check up to 5 workers £950; full mock audit up to 10 workers £1,750; 11 to 20 workers £2,750; pre-visit preparation £1,950; retainer from £295 a month; all plus VAT and deducted from licence or revocation work instructed within three months.
Your exact fixed fee is confirmed on the free call and agreed in writing before any chargeable work starts. Home Office fees and the health surcharge are paid separately; see the Fees page for the full list.
Our fee covers taking your instructions, assessing eligibility, telling you what evidence is needed and reviewing it, preparing and drafting the application and any representations, submitting it, dealing with Home Office requests for information, and advising you on the decision.
Typical timescale. Health check report within 10 working days; mock audit scheduled within two weeks.
Who handles it. A named, Law Society accredited caseworker runs your matter from the first call to the decision, supervised by a solicitor who signs off the application.
