Visit visas

A visit visa looks like the easy one, which is why so many are refused. There is no appeal, and the refusal reasons follow you into every application you make afterwards, including the spouse visa you might need one day. Caseworkers ask one question: will this person go home? We answer it before they ask.

Is this you?

Tourists, family visitors, business visitors, people coming for private medical treatment, and long-term visit visas for frequent travellers. People who have been refused before and want to apply again properly.

What we do for you

  • Choose the right visit type and length
  • Set out your funds, purpose and ties to home so they tell one consistent story
  • Prepare the sponsor’s letter and evidence if someone in the UK is hosting or paying
  • Address any previous refusal head on
  • Submit and advise on the decision

What we check before anything is submitted

  • Bank statements and where large deposits came from
  • Employment, business or study at home
  • Family ties and property
  • The itinerary against the stated purpose
  • The UK host’s status, accommodation and finances
  • Previous travel and any refusals

The fee, the timescale and who does the work

£600 to £900 plus VAT; after a refusal or with an unusual sponsor £900 to £1,400 plus VAT.

Your exact fixed fee is confirmed on the free call and agreed in writing before any chargeable work starts. Home Office fees and the health surcharge are paid separately; see the Fees page for the full list.

Our fee covers taking your instructions, assessing eligibility, telling you what evidence is needed and reviewing it, preparing and drafting the application and any representations, submitting it, dealing with Home Office requests for information, and advising you on the decision.

Typical timescale. Usually 3 weeks from biometrics, faster with priority in some countries.

Who handles it. A named, Law Society accredited caseworker runs your matter from the first call to the decision, supervised by a solicitor who signs off the application.

Questions we hear every week

How much money do I need to show?

Enough for the trip, credibly sourced; there is no fixed figure.

My relative is paying; what do they need?

A letter, proof of their status and finances, and an explanation of why they are paying.

I was refused; should I just reapply?

Not without fixing the reasons. We read the refusal first.

Weddings, graduations, grandchildren, board meetings. Be there.
