Visiting the UK

We prepare visit applications that answer the one question every caseworker asks, will this person leave, so the doubts are settled before they are raised.

A visitor refusal cannot be appealed, and its reasons follow you into every application you make afterwards. You lose the fee, the trip and a clean record. The fix is in the evidence, before you apply.

What we do

Standard, family, business, medical and marriage visitor applications, and fresh applications after a refusal. We prepare visit applications that answer the one question every caseworker asks, will this person leave, so the doubts are settled before they are raised.

Questions we hear every week

How much money do I need to show?

There is no fixed figure. You need to show you can pay for the trip without working or claiming public funds, from money that is yours or from a sponsor who can afford it. The evidence has to match the trip you describe.

My relative in the UK is paying; what does the sponsor letter need to say?

It should say who they are, their status in the UK, how you are related, what they will pay for and that they can afford it, backed by their own financial and accommodation evidence. We draft it with them.

I was refused before; can I apply again?

Usually yes, and for most visitors it is the only option because there is no right of appeal. The new application has to answer each reason in the refusal, not repeat the last one.

Weddings, graduations, grandchildren, board meetings. Be there, with a visa granted on the first application and a record that helps the next one.
