Settlement and British nationality
Settlement and citizenship, prepared once and properly. Every trip counted, every gap explained, every box ticked before the fee is paid.
Years of lawful residence can be undone by one miscounted absence, one gap in the record, or one thing you forgot to disclose. A refusal stays on your record and has to be explained every time you apply again.
What we do
Indefinite leave to remain on work, partner and long residence routes, the EU Settlement Scheme, returning residents, naturalisation, registration of children, and the good character representations that decide most refused citizenship cases. Every trip counted, every gap explained, every box ticked before the fee is paid.
| Route | Who it is for | Fixed fee |
|---|---|---|
| Indefinite leave to remain | People completing the qualifying period on a work route, a partner route or another route that leads to settlement. | £1,400 to £2,200 + VAT |
| Settlement on long residence | People with a long, continuous period of lawful residence in the UK across different routes, such as student, work and family. | £1,800 to £2,800 + VAT |
| EU Settlement Scheme | EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and their family members: pre-settled status holders moving to settled status, people applying late with reasonable grounds, and family members joining. | £600 to £900 + VAT |
| British citizenship | Adults with indefinite leave, settled status or another qualifying status, and spouses and civil partners of British citizens. | £1,000 to £1,500 + VAT |
| Registering a child as British | Children born in the UK whose parent later settled or became British. | £1,000 to £1,400 + VAT |

Questions we hear every week
How are absences counted and what happens if I was away too long?
Absences are counted trip by trip over the qualifying period, under the rules for your route. Some routes allow longer absences for specific reasons. If you were away too long, the options depend on why, and we check before you pay the fee.
Do I need to pass Life in the UK and an English test?
Most adults need both, with exemptions for some ages and conditions. The requirements change from time to time, so we confirm what applies to you on the free call.
I have an old conviction or a late tax return; will it stop me?
Not necessarily. Citizenship is decided on good character, and the Home Office looks at what happened, when, and how it was dealt with. Disclose everything; non-disclosure causes more refusals than the original issue. We write the representations.
Settlement ends the visa cycle for good. Citizenship ends the question. It is the last immigration application you will ever make. Make it count.
