Global Talent Visa Solicitors | Kalsi Legal

Global Talent visas

No sponsor, no salary threshold, and a fast route to settlement. The catch is the endorsement: a panel of experts in your field has to agree that you are a leader or a rising star. Most applications fail at that stage, on evidence that undersells the person. We build the case to the endorsing body’s own criteria.

Fixed fee: £2,200 to £3,500 + VATFirst step: a free 20-minute callYour case: one named caseworker, solicitor sign-off

Is this you?

Leaders and emerging leaders in research and academia, arts and culture, and digital technology, and holders of some prestigious international prizes.

  • Identify the right endorsing body and criteria
  • Shape your evidence and letters of recommendation
  • Draft the personal statement with you
  • Submit the endorsement application, then the visa application for you and your family
  • Advise on the fast-track routes where they apply

What we check before anything is submitted

  • Your achievements against the mandatory and optional criteria
  • Recommendation letters and who writes them
  • Publications, press, awards and income evidence
  • Your plan for working in the UK

The fee, the timescale and who does the work

£2,200 to £3,500 plus VAT, covering endorsement and visa.

Your exact fixed fee is confirmed on the free call and agreed in writing before any chargeable work starts. Home Office fees and the health surcharge are paid separately; see the Fees page for the full list.

Our fee covers taking your instructions, assessing eligibility, telling you what evidence is needed and reviewing it, preparing and drafting the application and any representations, submitting it, dealing with Home Office requests for information, and advising you on the decision.

Typical timescale. Endorsement usually 3 to 8 weeks, then the visa usually 3 weeks.

Who handles it. A named, Law Society accredited caseworker runs your matter from the first call to the decision, supervised by a solicitor who signs off the application.
